Shara Meredith
Shara is the Director of Publishing and Marketing for Covenant Communications, holding a Business degree from the University of Utah, she brings more than 20 years of experience in the media and publishing industries. With a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for market trends, she excels in bringing compelling narratives to life. Outside of her professional pursuits, she loves to read, travel, and capture the world through photography. Deeply committed to her family and her faith in Christ, she finds inspiration and strength in her loved ones and her spiritual beliefs.
EDITORIAL MANAGER
Kami Hancock
With nineteen years of editing experience, Kami has worked on everything from college dissertations to résumés to veterinary medical journals to books. She earned her BA in English from the University of Utah and helped launch a new veterinary journal and an online veterinary pharmaceutical database before starting at Covenant in 2015. Kami has had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Moore, Anneka Walker, Chalon Linton, Kerry Muhlestein, and many other wonderful authors. Outside of work, Kami enjoys martial artsy things, historical dance events, and letting her chinchilla, Mr. Darcy, demonstrate his mastery of parkour.

Ashley Gebert
Ashley has worked in various positions within the editorial department since 2015 and has edited books written by many talented Covenant authors, including Esther Hatch, Tiffany Odekirk, Clair Poulson, and Susan Easton Black. She earned her undergraduate degree from BYU with a major in English and a minor in editing and earned her master’s degree in data science from Eastern University. Whether at her writing critique group or at writing conferences, she’s always on the lookout for character-driven stories with thought-provoking themes. When she’s not working on books, she likes to play video games with her husband and learn new things with her daughters.
SENIOR DESIGN MANAGER
Christina Marcano
Christina, a graphic designer at Covenant since 2006, leads their graphics team with a passion for impactful design. When not overseeing book cover creation, she's likely exploring new destinations with her husband and kids. Graphic design is her playground—she thrives on creating impactful visuals, be it for a brand or a book cover.
