Anthony Sweat is an associate professor of Church History and Doctrine at Brigham Young University. He earned his bachelor’s degree in painting and drawing and his PhD in curriculum and instruction. He is the author of several articles and books dealing with the teachings and history of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Anthony is a regular speaker at Latter-day Saint events and conferences. He is married to Cindy Sweat, and they are the parents of seven children.
