Q. I have received an incorrect or damaged shipment. What should I do?
A. Please read through the returns page for instructions.

Q. I have defective merchandise that needs to be returned. What's the process?
A. If the product is found to be defective in workmanship (An example would be a CD or tape with poor audio, a book with pages missing, or pages upside-down. Not broken jewel or tape cases, shelf-worn product, or damaged material.) follow these instructions.
